Aikang Imaging Supports Archival Digitalization Development - Delivery of Kabis Fully Automatic Scanner to a Certain Office Building in Wuhan

KABIS V (Kabis Five) is the fifth-generation scanning robot newly launched by Kabis Lab. Built with an AI large model intelligent control system, it endows the scanner with genuine intelligence. Adopting human-arm-simulated vacuum suction page-turning technology, it turns pages even more gently than human hands, reducing damage to precious originals caused by manual contact. With a fully automatic scanning speed of up to 3,300 pages per hour and an industrial-grade design supporting 7×24-hour non-stop operation, it is capable of high-speed and high-intensity digitization tasks.

The powerful AI large model fully automatic scanning control system features intelligent automatic control and self-learning capabilities. Supported by precise AI large model intelligent image algorithms, it enables OCR recognition in 70 to 130 languages, easily handling massive digitization workloads.

The KABIS V series fully automatic scanning robot system integrates an AI large model fully automatic scanning control system for the first time, granting the scanner intelligence and strong learning abilities. It automatically identifies paper types to improve page-turning success rates. The powerful AI image algorithms empowered by the large model and multi-language OCR recognition complete tasks in an instant.

Following the legacy of Kabis robots, the KABIS V series is equipped with an "Eagle Eye" fully automatic center positioning system for bound documents. It accurately locates the centers of dossiers and books of various specifications, automatically measures their dimensions, and greatly improves digitization efficiency through full automation.

The 110° book rest adopts an ergonomic opening angle to protect valuable materials from damage during digitization. Airflow and ultrasonic separation technology separates hard-to-turn pages, while the human-arm-simulated vacuum suction page-turning mechanism with "suction skirt" technology gently lifts and turns each new page.
