Leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, big data, 5G and artificial intelligence, we realize online collection, visual management, secure preservation and in-depth utilization of archive data, providing intelligent, smart and secure archive access services. A non-contact ancient book and document scanning system is adopted. A digital team of 2 to 3 staff members is formed under the leadership of teachers from the ancient books department of the institution. The teachers from the ancient books department are responsible for professional guidance and supervision. One staff member is in charge of scanning ancient books and documents, one is responsible for sorting out ancient books and documents, and another handles text cataloging and file uploading.
