KABIS V
The fifth-generation fully automatic book and document scanning robot (new model) - AI intelligent automatic page-turning scanner
Cultural Heritage Meets Artificial Intelligence
Reconsidering Digitalization
The fully upgraded 5th-generation KABIS V automatic book and archive scanning robot is equipped with a built-in AI intelligent page-turning scanning module, which efficiently handles mass digitization of A3+ format books. It can stably complete graphic collection of 3,300 pages per hour.
Dual-structure design combining vacuum suction for page picking and robotic arm-assisted page turning lays a solid foundation for efficient equipment operation. Even under continuous high-speed scanning, the original condition of books can be well preserved with consistent and uniform imaging quality.
Equipped with high-definition imaging lenses and premium sensor components, the device supports adjustable resolutions ranging from 600 to 1200 PPI. It delivers delicate and natural color reproduction, generating output images with stable and excellent visual performance.
Combining flexible vacuum suction technology with a 110° V-shaped book cradle, the system reduces the risk of page creases and damage. All fragile and rare documents can be digitally scanned and archived in compliance with cultural relic protection standards.

Efficient Automatic Scanning Control

This automatic scanning robot adopts automatic page-turning scanning technology to realize fast, efficient and damage-free scanning of archives. Automated operations cut manpower costs and boost work efficiency while guaranteeing scanning quality, delivering robust support for archive digitization projects.

AI Intelligent Image Processing Capability

The automatic scanning robot integrates an AI large-model intelligent image processing system. It can automatically identify and fix various defects generated during scanning, including skewed images, black borders, book clips, inconsistent color saturation and more. This ensures high-quality and fully informative electronic output files that meet professional digitization standards.
